Returns
Returns Policy:
New merchandise (not washed, worn,
altered or soiled), suitable for resale, may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. Please note that
there is a 15% restocking charge for all returned items. After 30 days, goods will not be accepted for any reason. No
returns are accepted on custom items or clearance items.
To return any merchandise, customers need to contact
us at warrior-one@mmaa.net to receive verification. Merchandise should be wrapped securely and returned via U.P.S., U.S.P.S., FedEx or any
other insured parcel post. All merchandise sold as sets must be returned as sets. A credit will be issued by the original
method of payment, excluding any shipping and handling charges.
Merchandise returned for exchange will require
the customer to pay for any return shipping costs.

Please allow 2 to 4 weeks on all returns for exchange, refund, or credit.
» Books and DVD:
Due to vendor requirements, books and DVD cannot be refunded or
exchanged once the seal is broken. If a defect is discovered in the purchased book or DVD, it can be exchanged for the same
title.
